PREVENTION INSTITUTE: What is the Prevention Institute? The Prevention Institute is a series of five full-day trainings, designed by the SCHC, to offer prevention practitioners tools, skills, and networking opportunities for outcome-based prevention work! This year (2009 / 2010) the Prevention Institute will be organized for Building Strong Prevention Leaders through a variety of interactive workshops. To get the most out of the Prevention Institute, please plan to attend the full series. Individuals who complete the Institute will receive a certificate of completion and recognition at the year-end Summit. Lunch will be served at all Prevention Institutes. Continuing Education Credits available! This year the Prevention Network meetings will be held during the months when the Prevention Institute is not being offered. Network meetings are open to anyone, including coalition members and community prevention partners. We encourage you to attend both the Institute and the Network! How Do I Register? 2009/2010 Community Prevention Network Meetings
Meeting topics will vary based on feedback and needs of participants. A light breakfast will be provided. All network meetings will be held from 9:30am—11:30 pm at the David H.
