OUR MISSION:

The mission of the Southeast Center for Healthy Communities (SCHC) is to promote and support community-based prevention that builds communities in which health, well-being and safety are sustained. We help build functional community partnerships targeting health improvement strategies to most effectively impact substance abuse outcomes.

Our primary goals are to:

  • Promote collaboration among communities to reduce the use and abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, particularly among youth and young adults.
